My Vehicle Reports - Vehicle History Reports You Can Rely On

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and My Vehicle Reports, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of our vehicle history report services, website, and related content (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems
Harvest, collect, or gather user data without permission
Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Service or access to the Service

3. Vehicle History Reports

The vehicle history reports provided through the Service are compiled from multiple sources. While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, we cannot guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. The reports should be used as one tool in your vehicle purchasing decision, not as the sole basis for such decisions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Certain aspects of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis and in the currency listed. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
