1. Services description

My Vehicle Reports provides vehicle history information services that allow users to access information about used vehicles based on their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Our reports may include information about a vehicle’s title history, accident history, odometer readings, service records, and other relevant information compiled from various sources.

2. User accounts

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment terms

Certain aspects of our Services require payment. By purchasing a report, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a valid payment method. All purchases are one-time, non-refundable, except in the following cases:

You receive a blank report (i.e., the report contains no data).
The report provided is incorrect, showing a vehicle that does not belong to you (i.e., incorrect VIN or vehicle details).

There are no subscription plans, and you will not be charged for any future payments. All purchases are final, and no recurring charges will be made.

4. User conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services
Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services
Bypass or circumvent measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services
Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate My Vehicle Reports, a My Vehicle Reports employee, or another user
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services

5. Intellectual property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by My Vehicle Reports, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. My Vehicle Reports disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

My Vehicle Reports does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The information provided in our vehicle history reports is collected from various sources. While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, we cannot guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. The reports should be used as one tool in your vehicle purchasing decision, not as the sole basis for such decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall My Vehicle Reports, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
